Songs play better for me after switching the NaviBeat playback engine. No more random skips. And it remains the best player for me as subsonic can’t seem to cast to anything and play:sub only to GoogleCast. navidrome

Wow! There are multiple MCP servers for immich available. Library maintenance used to be me hunched over the laptop running shell scripts with the proper incantation and this is now replaced by natural language.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that rathole is capable of multiplexing connections so both Navidrome and Immich use the same connection to the VPS.

crossed the NAT barrier to give the kids access to the Navidrome server. The NAS runs the rathole client and talks to the rathole server on a VPS.

I have been nerding out with navidrome this week and working on music consolidation as I have digital music from my own stash but also music on Amazon and iTunes that I needed to cleanup and import. Then I went out and dug out my my old CD collection and noticed that I never ripped about half of it.

I learned that Bunny CDN can send logs from each of its edge nodes back to your own server via syslog. So I set up @goaccess for a live readout. This all took about 20 minutes with a clanker.
